    Gathered requirements in workshops and consolidated them into a feature map, designed the test and monitoring ecosystem as principal architect and led the implementation. The ecosystem goes beyond the state of the art: it tests the complete chain from vehicle via app, portal, CMS and data lake to contract management and dealer systems, simulates vehicle communication for tests without a physical car and works in development as well as live monitoring; a bot army generates, refreshes and cleans up test data at scale. Distribution of test results via MQTT to consuming systems such as Jira or PagerDuty; analytics via OpenSearch with drill-down to REST call and screenshot. Result: more than 30,000 test results per day, visibility of the availability of the entire system landscape; in use across four group brands, 20+ projects and more than 10 service providers.

    Designed and implemented the test strategy (test case selection, quantity structure, load intervals); extended the existing test automation framework with load testing capability. The uniform standards enabled substantial reuse between specification and documentation instead of duplicated work. Wrote the core business concepts for multi-tenancy and internationalisation. Result: standards set group-wide, used successfully in further projects for years.
